SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing

• Additional charges applied for the COD  orders
• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days.

•   Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery
•  All customs and duties to be borne by the customer
•  International orders are not eligible for exchanges and returns
  
•  Cash on delivery (COD) is not applicable on international orders

Shipping terms and conditions

• Any part cancellation or refund of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. 

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
